EAP & Corporate Services

Since 2022, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and corporate wellbeing have become my main area of practice. I work as a provider associate and associate case manager with multinational EAP organisations, delivering therapy services to employees of some of the world’s leading corporations, including tech giants, international banks, and law firms.

I am passionate about being part of this positive shift in capitalism, where companies are investing in mental health and employee wellbeing as a cornerstone of performance and sustainability.

Dr Melania Duca

My work in this sector includes:

  • delivering webinars on neurodivergence in the workplace,

  • facilitating workplace bereavement support,

  • improving quality of living and occupational performance for individuals with ADHD,

  • providing comprehensive therapeutic assessments and tailored treatment plans,

  • conducting risk assessments and managing safeguarding concerns,

  • analysing data on therapeutic trends and suggesting improvements for EAP development.

I see workplace mental health as an exciting space where innovation and care come together. If you are a manager or organisation interested in discovering how my expertise can benefit your team, I would be delighted to discuss opportunities to collaborate.
